Regarding the toner, why does it say to use it with a saturated pad in the day and at night to just apply it to the face. Can you use it with a saturated cotton pad twice daily?

I am a month before turning 67. I dont typucally leave reviews but hopefully this will help someone who is on the fence about purchasing. The ingredients are excellent. My face feels hydrated all the time. It has really helped repair dry dull skun. I am 50 and live in Colorado dry climate so i need hydration all the time. I like to do my makeuo then finish with a little on my cheeks for a nice glow. A little goes a long way. My only issue os its a little pricey. I feel like more peoole would by if it was under $100 per bottle. Price is just high enough to push a large percentage of customers away. It is a great product and I may buy agaun if it goes on sale.
