Refunds
We accept returns on unopened retail boxes within 30 days of purchase. Please contact: help@oliviermidy.com with order number. Refunds or reshipments of any packages due to the following circumstances are not a responsibility Olivier Midy.
-Held or returned shipments due to incorrect address or undeliverable.
-Shipments lost at any point in the parcel process.
-Shipments stolen at any point in the parcel process. For shipments that are "returned to sender" or otherwise marked as generally undeliverable by the mail carrier, Olivier Midy will offer a one time replacement.

Damages
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, just contact us by email at help@oliviermidy.com and we will reship a new order within 24 hours free of charge.
