Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you don’t, we’re here to help. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Unused and unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be resold and therefore are not eligible for a cash refund; however, you will receive a store credit instead. All international orders shipped outside the United States are eligible for store credit only. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
