Laboratoires Midy was originally founded in 1718, by Francois Midy, an apothecary surgeon. Based in Paris for nearly 300 years, the Midy name is a symbol of French tradition and sophistication—two of its shops, after all, could be found on the chic, bustling streets of Rue Saint Honoré, now considered to be one of the most luxurious and fashionable streets in the world. Over the course of 7 generations, Laboratoires Midy evolved into what is today the oldest existing pharmaceutical company in the world.
