Each stroke promotes circulation, supports lymphatic drainage, and helps sculpt and lift facial contours. The naturally cool touch of obsidian calms inflammation, reduces puffiness, and leaves the skin radiant, refreshed, and glowing.
Gently massage Lait Midy onto your skin to melt away impurities, then rinse thoroughly and softly pat your face dry with a clean towel to prepare it for the ritual.
Dispense 2–3 drops of Éclat Midy face oil into your palms, warm it gently between your hands, then press and glide it over your face and neck in upward, circular motions to nourish, restore, and awaken your skin’s natural radiance.
Hold the Gua Sha tool at a 15–30° angle against your skin, then slowly glide it upward and outward along each area of your face using gentle, consistent pressure to encourage lymphatic drainage, relieve tension, and sculpt natural contours.
Sweep the Gua Sha upward from the neck to the jaw, glide along the jawline and cheeks, move gently under the eyes, and finish at the forehead with upward strokes for lifted, refreshed skin.
Repeat each Gua Sha stroke 3–5 times per area, keeping movements slow and gentle to avoid tugging the skin; once finished, rinse the tool with mild soap and warm water, dry it thoroughly with a clean towel, and store it in a cool, dry place to maintain hygiene and longevity.
